We are thrilled to announce that Allison Thain has accepted the role of Manager: Support Operations at Community Living Wallaceburg, effective January 13, 2025.

Allison has been a valued member of our team for 17 years, contributing her expertise and dedication in various roles. She began her journey with us as a Direct Support Professional, followed by five years as an Outcome Facilitator, where she provided leadership and guidance to support teams, focusing on individualized services and system navigation. For the past eight years Allison has been a Supervisor, leading teams across multiple areas, including Accommodation Support, Intensive Support, Community-Based Support, and promoting recreational and community engagement opportunities.

In addition to her professional experience, Allison’s credentials as a Mental Health First Aid Instructor have equipped her with a unique and valuable skill set that will undoubtedly support her success in this new role.
